Warranty

All purchases come with a 30-day return policy from the date of the original invoice and must be in original packaging and does not include Special Ordered items. A 30-day upgrade policy is also available for any parts purchased in a system build. All parts must be with a copy of the original invoice for warranty and it is non transferable. All parts come with a 1-year replacement from date of original invoice. If the replacement part is no longer available it will be at the vendor's sole discretion to do a credit, upgrade or send the defective part back to the Manufacturer. Any physical damage or use outside of Manufacturer guidelines will void any warranty with PATHWAY SOLUTIONS.

System Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, computer systems provided by PATHWAY SOLUTIONS come with a 1-year parts replacement and a 3-year labor warranty that is non transferable. If the replacement for a defective part is not available then it will be upgraded or sent to the Manufacture for repair/replacement at PATHWAY SOLUTIONS discretion. Systems will be covered for any labor necessary to repair the system up to 3-years from date of original purchase. Any work done by anyone other than PATHWAY SOLUTIONS will not be covered under the system warranty. Any adjustments, modification or alterations that do not follow Manufacturer guidelines voids any warranty.
